HURRICANE KATRINA
Sunday, November 13, 2005.
Like I've said before, the government folks need to stay out of our way and let us do it with our own hands.

Since I had a rant about democrats, I guess this is only fair:

Associated Press
BATON ROUGE, La. -- The presidential primary in Louisiana should be held one month earlier -- in February -- and displaced voters who have registered by mail should not be allowed to vote by mail, according to the state Republican Party.

I received a reply to the email I sent to www.recallbroussard.com. Here it is:
Thank you for your reply. We are in the process of
setting up the recall group and retaining counsel for a recall election.
We are using this forum to judge the desire of Jefferson Parish residents
to both undertake a recall election and to remove Broussard.
It is our intent to push for both outcomes. When a proper recall petition
has been completed a copy will be posted on the site and e-mailed to you.
Please spread the word to any Jefferson Parish resident you know, who may
be interested in removing Broussard from office. Simply have them e-mail
this site so we will know who to send petitions.
In the meantime we would urge you to take a minute and contact Broussard
to express your disappointment in his decisions and urge him to resign.
His address is as follows:
Aaron F. Broussard, Parish President
1221 Elmwood Park Blvd., Suite 1002
Jefferson, LA 70123
Voice: (504)736-6400
Fax: (504)736-6638
Email: ABroussard@Jeffparish.net
A recall election will take a few months, e-mails and letters in the
interim will remind Broussard of our displeasure.
Please check this site for updates, it is still under construction. If you
have any suggestions for the site, please feel free to e-mail them to
admin@recallbroussard.com
Thank You
The Committee to Recall Broussard
