Hammocks have become more and more popular for backpacking.  If you are a beginning backpacker looking for some simple tips on how to use a hammock for backpacking, or a long time backpacker looking to improve your sleeping comfort with a backpacking hammock, then you have come to the right place.

 

The pages in this section refer specifically to Hennessy Hammocks.  This shouldn't be taken as a slight on other hammock brands.  Hennessy Hammocks are unique in several ways, and while their use is simple and easy, their use is not always intuitive.  These pages are not designed to replace the information found on Hennessy Hammocks' website, but instead to supplement it.
