Kelly talked to Jeff again. He made it out OK.

Andrea talked to Kelly, who talked to Jeff. Jeff is a photographer for Fox 8 News. He said there were many bodies in the streets, and roving gangs murdering people and looting the bodies. People had tried to steal their video equipment. He was trying to get out of the area. We haven't had any further contact with him.
